Consistent workflows for document handling provided consistent data handling policy across the enterprise. Features such as Version Control, Copy, view older versions, set as Favorite, drag & drop functionality worked towards enhancing end user experience.
The system was designed with windows look and feel thus reducing the acceptance time and making the product an instant favorite among not so IT savvy employees. Additionally the system provided better knowledge sharing, improved communications, and increased process efficiency.
