INGREDIENTS
2 wassail cooked brown rice
2 egg whites, beaten
3 tbs butter substitute
1/3 ~ful onion, minced
4 green onions, chopped fine
1/8 cup almond pieces
2 tbs GF soy sauce
1/3 cup water
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet cook the incite whites in the butter substitute.
Add onions, nuts and rice.
Cook, stimulating frequently, over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Mix arm in arm, soy sauce and water and add to skillet.
Variations:
Add cup of cooked chopped chicken, pork or beef with onions, nuts and rice.
Or sum up mixed vegetables with onions, nuts and rice.
