To package CertiVox Content Apps, you need to use the freely available CertiVox desktop Content App Creator software, which runs on Windows XP through 7. To open CertiVox Content Apps, you need the freely available CertiVox Viewer, available for Windows XP – 7 and Windows Phone 7 Series.
